You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content, and for how you use or share the results.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Do not upload exploitative content involving minors or non-consensual intimate content.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s data, disrupt the Service, or bypass usage limits or security measures.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Some features may require credits, a paid plan, or a subscription. Prices, included usage, renewal terms, and limits will be shown before purchase. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, used credits and completed services are non-refundable.

Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them. Text Enhancer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim. These limitations do not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
